Hello, I'm Ed Mileto, a former investment banker with a zest for entrepreneurship and innovation. Originally from Fairfield, CT, I've found my stride in the sunny atmosphere of Delray Beach, FL. When the Florida heat peaks, I retreat to Colorado, to enjoy cooler days and mountain views. I believe the best ideas often come when you're unwinding, so I spend my downtime playing golf, hiking and brainstorming the next big thing.

My entrepreneurial journey has been as exhilarating as taking on a 600+ yard par 5 with water on the left. I co-founded Perfect Practice in 2019, which quickly became one of the fastest-growing golf brands in the world. With the official training aid collection of former World #1 Dustin Johnson, we soared to a $45+ million revenue in just 36 months and made our mark in over 4,000 stores nationwide. This venture culminated in a successful acquisition by a PE backed aggregator in October 2021.

After the sale, I shifted my focus to empowering other entrepreneurs through Eightfold Ventures / Labs. Here, we specialize in scaling e-commerce brands and technologies, offering strategic consulting and hands-on support to help founders navigate the complex world of online retail. Our mission is to foster growth and success for innovative brands, and we're always on the lookout for new opportunities to expand our portfolio.

Before taking the leap to become a Founder, I honed my skills at PALAZZO Investment Bankers, a boutique bank where I was immersed in mergers and acquisitions within the marketing services industries. It was a rigorous education, and after participating in more than 24 transactions, I was ready for a change. I left the high-pressure finance world and found my passion in building businesses that resonate with customers and disrupt industries.

A fun fact about my journey: I once had the unique opportunity to work with the CIA. It was a difficult offer to pass up, but the entrepreneurial spirit called me back to focus on growing Perfect Practice. It's decisions like these that have shaped my path, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Now, with Eightfold Ventures, I'm bringing all my experience to the table, ready to coach and guide the next generation of e-commerce and SAAS trailblazers.
